Als HR adviseur ben je zichtbaar op ons kantoor in Assen en dé sparringpartner voor onze supervisors, hoofdbeveiligers en diverse operationele teams. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega HR adviseurs en HR business partners, onder aansturing van jouw HR manager. Je signaleert wat er speelt en schakelt direct. Je adviseert, begeleidt, verbindt en bouwt aan een professionele en mensgerichte personeelsomgeving. Je werkt in een hecht HR-team en krijgt de ruimte om écht impact te maken. Jouw rol is vooral praktijkgericht: een combinatie van adviseren, coachen en namens HR ben je af en toe zichtbaar bij klanten op locatie. Je ondersteunt en coacht de operatie bij HR-vraagstukken zoals verlof, performance, gedrag, inzetbaarheid en ontwikkeling.…
