Rolbeschrijving In jouw rol als junior bouwkundig gebouw inspecteur voer je samen met collega’s Technical Due Diligence (TDD)-onderzoeken uit voor uiteenlopende vastgoedtypen. Je analyseert bouwkundig en constructief de technische staat van gebouwen en de compliance met wet- en regelgeving. Je analyseert samen met directe collega’s en specialisten vanuit andere adviesgroepen de toekomstige investeringsbehoeften. Jouw bevindingen vertaal je naar heldere, scherpe en overtuigende rapportages in het Engels, volledig volgens de Europese standaarden van Arcadis.
