Amsterdam Level: Entry-level / Junior What you'll do Reviewing and assessing KYC files You verify the identity of ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and review submitted documentation You validate company information (such as KvK) and ensure everything complies with regulations You spot inconsistencies and collaborate with the right teams on more complex cases Ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding process You make sure every file meets regulatory requirements as well as Flatpay’s internal guidelines and those of partners such as Rapyd and Shift4 You don’t miss a detail: you proactively follow up on missing or incorrect documents with colleagues or clients You monitor systems closely and investigate discrepancies between internal tools and external data sources Thinking along and…
