Dit is een unieke kans om een volledig nieuwe CRM-strategie vorm te geven en eigenaarschap te nemen over ons recent gelanceerde loyaliteitsplatform, LoyaltyLion. De basis staat maar de mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos. In deze rol vertaal je klantdata naar slimme campagnes, geautomatiseerde journeys en persoonlijke ervaringen die merkloyaliteit versterken en echte retentie opleveren. Je combineert een scherp analytisch inzicht met een oprecht gevoel voor merkverhalen, zodat elk contactmoment relevant, doordacht en herkenbaar Goldbergh aanvoelt.
