Introduction EUV Factory Do you want to be part of the mission of EUV Factory, and deliver on our vision through Operational Excellence? The Lean team supports the EUV Factory (EF) organization towards Operational Excellence, because we believe it as a means to realize the Vision of the factory. As a Lean Business Partner, you will be the trusted sparring partner of the Install department staff, guiding and supporting them through the change transformation. Since the beginning of 2017, the foundations were laid to create pull for Lean principles within the EF organization. The EF staff embraced Lean Leadership behavior and the ground-work of Hoshin Kanri, Daily Performance Management and Structured Problem-Solving were laid.…
