Role As an intern, you will support the team with a study on the effects of AI on the organization. Context The rapid rise of AI agents is reshaping how work is managed and distributed in organizations including ING. Historically, software engineering has followed a relatively stable division of labor: business analysts, product owners, and other business roles occupy the problem space, translating organizational needs into requirements; software engineers occupy the solution space, implementing those requirements in code.
