We are looking for a Team Leader for the Cabin Install team in a 2-shift schedule. Role and responsibilities The Cabin Install department assembles and qualifies DUV systems, including machine safety features and scanner conditioning. The team consists of 50+ technicians and is part of Global Manufacturing TwinScan Factory. The department consists of more than 50 technicians, led by several team leads. In the role of team lead, your task is to lead and inspire a diverse group of engineers that works towards a common goal. You will be focusing on managing the production process in order to realize the planned targets and objectives in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost.
