In this hands-on position, you'll manage equipment maintenance and calibration, oversee reagent and inventory systems, and develop standardized lab procedures that keep our team efficient. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting equipment issues and training colleagues on new tools. Your responsibilities span lab safety compliance, purchasing optimization, and facility organization—ensuring our labs stay clean, organized, and compliant.
