What You’ll Work On 1. Experience & Engagement Design Improve the end-to-end user experience of CoE services (SharePoint hub, onboarding journeys, materials). Identify friction points and propose UX-driven improvements. Create simple, intuitive flows that help users understand what to do next. 2. Visual Design & Communication Design clear and engaging visuals (infographics, slides, UX mockups). Translate complex topics (governance, tools, processes) into simple, user-friendly content. Ensure consistency in look & feel across all CoE materials. 3. Content & Storytelling (SharePoint & Beyond) Create and improve content on our Citizen Development SharePoint hub.
