Introduction to the job As a Change Expert, you will be responsible for the daily management of a change journey and support the business case for the initial transformation. Your role ensures smooth implementation of changes and contributes to achieving defined change objectives. You will work in a team of change coordinators and managers and act as the primary point of contact for assessing and delivering information based on business needs. Full ownership of one or more processes is expected, combined with strong analytical expertise. Role and responsibilities The Digital Transformation Engine (DTE) was established to help all ASML employees work more efficiently.
