The position of CTS CoE & Oversight Lead is created to enable consistent standards, authoritative decision-making (including PARP), and stronger governance across locations. Led by a dedicated capability Lead, this model enhances risk management, scalability, and sustainable knowledge development on client tax across ING. You will be responsible for a global team of ~10 FTE across countries and hubs and work closely with a large group of diverse internal stakeholders, including Global FCFP MT, MT COO, CTO/KYC & CTS, ING Hubs, 2nd Line, Tax, and external stakeholders such as DNB, ECB, FIU, and the Ministry of Finance US.
