Jouw werkdag bij Allianz Als Senior Behandelaar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig behandelen en begeleiden van complexe letselschadeclaims, hoofdzakelijk in het segment middelzwaar letsel verkeer. Je werkt in lijn met onze geformuleerde visie en afdelingsrichtlijnen. Binnen de gestelde kaders heb je de ruimte om, waar het klantbelang daarom vraagt, bewust af te wijken van standaardprocedures. Je handelt proactief, empathisch en oplossingsgericht, in lijn met onze zes klantbeloftes. Je werkdag bestaat onder andere uit: Beoordelen van aansprakelijkheid, eventueel met externe expertise. Verhalen van schade en uitkeren binnen afgesproken limieten. Telefonisch contact met klanten over de inhoud van claims.…
