You will act as a content-driven advisor and strategic sparring partner for ING Netherlands’ Business Banking business unit, a dynamic matrix organisation operating in a results-driven environment. You will proactively develop and implement communication strategies that support business objectives, facilitate change, and strengthen employee engagement.
