Main Responsibilities Strategic Medical Intelligence & Data Leadership • Define and own the Medical Intelligence roadmap, shifting Medical Affairs from "reporting data" to "predictive strategy" — forecasting medical trends, anticipating unmet needs, and enabling forward-looking decision-making across GBUs • Build and lead the Data Strategy framework that connects clinical evidence, real-world data, field insights, and digital health data streams into a unified, actionable intelligence layer for Medical Affairs • Champion Medical Plai and other predictive analytics platforms, overseeing their design, testing, and integration into Medical Affairs planning and decision-making workflows • Own and evolve the Medical Care Gaps identification and analysis framework, ensuring it drives meaningful…
