Je zet in op fysieke, mentale en emotionele gezondheid en creëert programma’s die medewerkers écht verder helpen — van gezondheidschecks tot stressmanagement en werk-privébalans. Je adviseert de directie, werkt nauw samen met HR en de operatie, en zorgt dat alle welzijnsinitiatieven professioneel, impactvol en volgens wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. Ook onderhoud je contact met de Arbodienst en bedrijfsartsen en stuur je functioneel twee Re-integratie Coaches aan. Jouw doel? Een gezonde, veilige en veerkrachtige organisatie.
