Eurostar is looking for a Terminal Operations Manager to lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations at its UK terminals in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Acting as Eurostar’s senior operational representative on site, you are the key decision‑maker during duty periods, ensuring safe, reliable and customer‑focused operations in both normal and disrupted situations. You work at the heart of a complex operational environment, coordinating internal teams, external partners and contracted service providers involved in security, customer service, PRM assistance and terminal facilities.
