Wat leveren de eerste optimalisaties op in de werkvoorbereiding en serviceprocessen? Je checkt de dashboards en ziet direct waar kansen liggen om nog meer impact te maken. Daarna sluit je aan bij een sessie met Sales, Technology en Service. Uit klantgesprekken en marktontwikkelingen haal jij waardevolle inzichten. Samen verkennen jullie hoe digitalisering en AI kunnen bijdragen aan nieuwe proposities en slimme serviceconcepten. Jij vertaalt deze kansen naar concrete business cases en maakt helder welke waarde het oplevert, voor de klant én voor Lan.…
