Jouw impact als Regiomanager Als Regiomanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten van jouw regio. Je zorgt ervoor dat winkels excelleren op het gebied van omzet, conversie, klanttevredenheid en teamontwikkeling. Daarbij geloof je dat duurzame resultaten niet alleen ontstaan door te sturen op KPI's, maar vooral door mensen te ontwikkelen. Je bent zichtbaar op de winkelvloer en coacht filiaalmanagers in hun leiderschap, zodat zij hun teams iedere dag beter maken. Een belangrijk onderdeel daarvan is het borgen van RESET, de klantgerichte slaapadviesmethodiek van Beter Bed. Je zorgt ervoor dat filiaalmanagers en winkelteams deze aanpak dagelijks toepassen.…
