Als Legal Counsel ben je onderdeel van het Legal & Compliance team van het Nederlandse bijkantoor van Santander Consumer Finance. Je adviseert op een breed terrein over juridische zaken en maakt de vertaalslag naar de business. Je houdt je bezig met verschillende onderwerpen op het gebied van commercieel contractenrecht, consumentenfinanciering (WFT), leasing, klachten en claims. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en collega’s uit het legal en compliance team. Je rapporteert direct aan de lokale L&C Director.
