Wij zijn op zoek naar een Jurist Omgevingsrecht die per direct ons team komt versterken om het groeiend aantal vraagstukken onder de Omgevingswet aan te pakken. Een diepgaande kennis en ervaring op het gebied van planologische procedures en omgevingsrecht zijn van essentieel belang voor deze rol. Team Legal Consultancy maakt binnen de adviesgroep Besluitvorming Fysieke Leefomgeving onderdeel uit van de Global Business Area Resilience. Het team bestaat uit circa acht adviseurs, generalisten en specialisten die een brede groep opdrachtgevers bediend, waar onder het Rijk, provincies, gemeenten, waterschappen, ontwikkelaars, en energiemaatschappijen. Dit doen zij op het gebied van ruimtelijke planvorming vanaf het onderzoeken van de haalbaarheid tot aan de (voorbereiding van) realisatie.…
