Je zit midden in de organisatie en houdt je bezig met het aantrekken van stagiaires en starters uit heel Nederland van Universiteiten, Hogescholen, Studieverenigingen en andere leveranciers van jong talent. Je werkt samen met stakeholders op elk niveau in de organisatie en samen met de Campus Recruitment Partner bepaal je de strategie voor Nederland.
