Job Description & Summary Are you ready to guide clients through complex deals and help them make well-founded decisions? Do you want to work on transactions where your financial insight, stakeholder management and leadership make a direct difference? As a Manager Financial Due Diligence at PwC, you work on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and refinancing processes for a wide range of clients. You combine financial analysis with commercial insight and help clients understand value drivers, risks, cash flow dynamics and deal - critical issues. In this role, you work on both buy-side and sell-side projects, coach team members and contribute to meaningful client outcomes in a fast paced Deals environment.…
