De overheid staat de komende jaren voor grote investeringsopgaves in het fysieke domein. Zo vragen geopolitieke ontwikkelingen om investeringen in Defensie, kan de energietransitie alleen slagen als een groot aantal complexe projecten wordt gerealiseerd en zien we een grote opgave in het bestaande (vaar)wegennet van Nederland, waar assets tegen het eind van hun technische en/ of economische levensduur aan zitten. Er zijn forse investeringen nodig om publieke voorzieningen te leveren en de openbare orde en veiligheid te waarborgen.…
