JOB PURPOSE As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will support the Corporate Finance Manager and the broader Group Control team across a wide range of strategic financial activities. The Corporate Finance function collaborates closely with executives, top management, and teams such as Group Control, Group FP&A, M&A, legal, and tax to drive key initiatives including post-acquisition processes, audits, bank refinancing, equity transactions, and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial models and perform in-depth valuation analyses to support strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing company share valuations for acquisition-related equity rollovers, management buy-ins, and buyouts.…
