I ntroduction Within ASML’s Corporate Treasury department, the Corporate Finance function is responsible for the management of the group capital structure with a focus on securing sufficient liquidity, external funding, returns to shareholders, credit ratings and bank relationship management. As such, the function is responsible for all (material) financing transactions, such as listed debt securities, revolving credit facilities and equity transactions, as well as share buybacks and dividends.
