Introduction Within ASML's Mechanical Development and System Dynamics team in Veldhoven, you will contribute to advancing the understanding of acoustic disturbances in highly precise lithography systems. Acoustic loads can influence system performance, particularly in environments where accuracy and throughput are essential. This internship focuses on extending an existing reduced-order acoustic modeling framework by introducing stochastic acoustic sources. Through this Internship, you will combine theory, simulation, and validation to help improve acoustic disturbance modeling.
