About the role GRESB is an industry-led organisation on a mission to provide the financial industry with standardised, validated ESG data on real assets. Investors and managers use that data to allocate capital, and we are changing how we deliver it: from an annual benchmark and static reports towards a continuous, data-first platform. Our data should be easy to access and analyse in both human and automated workflows, instead of arriving once a year as a report. In practice that means consolidating our assessments onto one platform rather than several stacks, with a governed and scalable data model beneath them.
