Principal Technical Support Engineer __ In this role, you will support the development of hardware and software tools and procedures to ensure consistent and professional commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance of Critical Power products (UPS, STS, power conditioning). You will analyze technical documentation and system behavior to provide guidance to software developers. You will test the tools at customer sites and in test environments. You will work with field service technicians to fully understand their workflows and identify opportunities to improve their performance. This role contributes to the Global Service Engineering team.
