Je: vertaalt klantvragen naar een concrete aanpak; stelt offertes op of ondersteunt hierbij; coördineert service-, onderhouds- en modificatieprojecten; bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en levertijden; schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en serviceteams; lost knelpunten op voordat ze problemen worden; zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen vertrouwen op een voorspelbare en professionele dienstverlening.
