Introduction The Customer Support Europe (CS Europe) organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites across Europe. The team also supports the transfer of knowledge to customers and plays an important role in maximizing system uptime. There are many factors that influence uptime. Besides technical parameters, supply chain lead times can have a significant impact. In this internship, you will analyse how different shipping strategies affect lead times, costs, and ultimately system uptime, helping the team identify opportunities for improvement.
