Introduction As a Corporate Finance Analyst (M&A), you play a key role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of complex M&A transactions across the Benelux. You combine analytical expertise with commercial insight to help clients achieve their strategic ambitions while contributing to high-impact, cross-border deals. The team You will join the Corporate Finance (CF) team in Amsterdam, the main hub of ING Wholesale Banking’s global Corporate Finance network. The team is responsible for advising corporates, private equity firms, and governments on high-profile M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, public offers, and equity issuances.
