Als Customer Experience Specialist beantwortest du Telefonanrufe, E-Mails und Chats und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für sowohl Kundinnen als auch Salonpartnerinnen von Treatwell. Du bist Expertin für alles, was mit Treatwell zu tun hat, und unterstützt unsere Nutzerinnen selbstbewusst und kompetent bei einer Vielzahl von Anliegen – von der Nutzung unserer Salonsoftware bis hin zum Umgang mit Beschwerden. Du arbeitest effizient, kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig erledigen und behältst dabei stets eine positive Einstellung und lieferst freundlichen Service bei jeder Interaktion. Du berichtest an die Teamleitung Customer Experience und arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld mit der Möglichkeit, 32-40 Stunden pro Woche von Montag bis Freitag zu arbeiten.
