Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de commerciële afdeling en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en patiënten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle klantinteracties soepel verlopen en dat de interne organisatie op de hoogte is van wat er speelt bij de klant. Als spil van de afdeling combineer je klantenservice met commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning. Je taken zijn: Klantcontact & Service: Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je beantwoordt vragen, verwerkt orders (telefoon/internet), plant serviceverzoeken in en handelt klachten professioneel af. Commerciële Ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de Accountmanagers proactief.…
