About this job
In this accounting role you will work both on financial and business-related control activities and in general on accounting tasks. As a key focal point, you will work closely together with various colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad, including the Front (trading) and Back/Mid Office teams (operations, treasury and accounting). For training purposes and meetings, you will occasionally travel abroad (short business trips within Europe). In this challenging and broad position, you will be responsible for financial (including the responsibility for the month-end closing for a number of product groups) and operational analysis of the trade Profit & Loss (P&L) of commodities in which Vitol trades on a daily basis.
