Als Accountmanager Rotterdam bij Securitas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, duurzame klantrelaties. Je richt je op winstgevende groei en optimale klanttevredenheid binnen jouw single-branch- en/of multi-serviceklanten. Voor deze rol geldt een omzetrichtlijn van 9 à 10 miljoen euro. Je realiseert jouw doelen door actief in te zetten op retentie, cross- en upsell, en door een adviserende verkoopbenadering. Je klantenportefeuille bestaat voornamelijk uit industriële klanten in de regio Rotterdam maar ook in onder anderen Zoetermeer en Eindhoven. Daarnaast ben je bezig met: De commerciële ontwikkeling van het klantcontract in jouw portefeuille Budgettering, indexering, analyse en rapportage van klanten op landelijk niveau Het voeren van commerciële overlegge…
