Jouw impact als Essential Solutions Manager Als Essentials Solutions Manager leidt je complexe, consultatieve salestrajecten voor turnkey warehouse-oplossingen tijdens belangrijke klantmomenten. Zoals verhuizing naar een nieuwe locatie, optimalisatie van bestaande operaties en verhuizing uit een pand. Vanuit een werkgebied dat de Benelux en Zweden omvat, beheert deze functie een portfolio van grote, multidisciplinaire projecten met een waarde tussen €200.000 en €5 miljoen. Daarbij ligt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het realiseren van circa €10 tot €15 miljoen aan jaarlijkse omzet. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en interne teams op het gebied van Leasing, Solution Design en Project Management om operationele vraagstukken te vertalen naar geïntegreerde en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
