Job Description & Summary PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory ( “ CMAA ” ) team within the Broader Assurance Services (“BAS”) business unit advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters relating to moments of change such as the application of (new) IFRS/Dutch GAAP/US GAAP standards, GAAP conversions, IPOs, M& A or transformational projects. The work consists of both advising our non-audit clients as well as being a specialist to our audit teams on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
