MISSION: Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails to the outlet’s customers in compliance with the service manuals and the correct management of the counter. OPERATIONS Manage the operation of their outlet. where Carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery, table linen, table centrepieces, decorations. Report via EISI on the status of their outlet, according to internal procedure. Supervise and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of their outlet. Control and supervise the correct lighting, air conditioning and music in their outlet. Monitor the status of their menus, wine lists, promotions.
