This role supports the Swissquote Bank's regulatory integrity by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of key regulatory reporting obligations. It contributes to maintaining a robust, scalable, and audit-ready reporting framework aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, including MIFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR, AEOI, FATCA, CRS, CESOP and CSSF 20/747 Oversee the end-to-end reporting process, including submission, corrections, and audit readiness Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, IT, Operations, Group teams) to resolve data quality issues at source Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of reporting changes Identify, analyse, and resolve data discrepancies…
