COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, a key player in the ICT industry and part of the OTE Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Squad Lead to lead and mentor a dynamic team of software professionals. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Owns end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment. Manages cross-app dependencies, leads the technical shift strategy, and is the single project management interface with head of unit and senior management. Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.
