This role safeguards Swissquote Bank Europe’s regulatory integrity by driving the accurate, timely, and digitised delivery of key transaction reports, with a primary focus on EMIR and MiFIR. Acting as an internal compliance expert within Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain an audit-ready framework, and minimize operational risk. In this role, you will, among others: Be responsible for ensuring that the Bank submits all required operational regulatory reports (including EMIR, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR, CSSF 20/747 ) accurately and on time, work with local and group stakeholders to ensure that underlying data errors are addressed, to manage changes to regulations, and support the integration of Compliance led…
