Senior Corporate Counsel Department: Legal Team Location: Luxembourg Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility opportunity of transitioning into a permanent role, subject to business needs and performance. Working Model: Hybrid Under the supervision of the Group General Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and managing a broad range of legal agreements for the Company. These include service agreements, real estate leases, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts supporting the Company's local operations. You will also provide corporate secretarial and governance support to CSC entities, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.…
