The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a sourcing-first recruiter and strategic advisor to hiring leaders, anchored in EMEA GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and built to flex as a utility player wherever the business needs coverage next. Your primary focus is finding and closing GTM talent across EMEA before it's actively looking; secondly you’ll be picking up other departments and levels when volume, timing, or gaps require it. You'll operate inside an AI-forward TA function, using Findem for talent intelligence and outbound sourcing, Ashby as our core Applicant Tracking System, and BrightHire for interview signals, to move faster and with better data than a traditional recruiting model allows.…
