The Payment Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of domestic and international payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and banking standards. The role contributes to the efficiency and security of payment operations. Key Accountabilities Process and validate outgoing payments (SEPA, SWIFT,XML messages ),Standing Orders, Direct Debits, Internal transfers. Monitor payment queues and ensure timely execution in line with cut-off times. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all manual cash transactions. Review client transactions to identify potential anomalies or irregularities and initiate investigations when necessary.…
