Your role & work environment Within the Human Resources organization, the role of a HR Business Partner (HRBP) is to enable the delivery of our purpose, by partnering with the business through close collaboration and working with the HR Communities of Expertise (CoE’s) and People Services. The purpose of the HRBP role is to work with leaders to shape and implement the people agenda within the business through enhancement of their leadership capabilities and by driving their strategic people decisions, such as talent and succession planning, people development and team performance.
