Task Responsibilities: Collect, distribute and share all flight related information with concerned departments, Plan, coordinate and follow up, the cargo build up and optimize the space utilization in coordination with CV WHC & handling agent, Proceed with documentation check, Coordinate operations with other departments within LUXHUB, Supervise the cargo flow through LUXHUB, Instruct and share processes with the handling agent, Assist customers when required, Keep all the parties informed about the status/condition of their freight, Maintain records of activities, Ensure system updates & transmissions are processed in due time, Contribute to team effort.
