RESPONSIBILITIES: Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers. Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and provide accurate status updates and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAs Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks fast.
