About the Role We are a growing biotechnology company based in Regensburg, Germany, focused on enhancing the bioavailability and functionality of plant-based ingredients for use in nutraceuticals, food, pharmaceuticals, and personal care. With a lean team of around a dozen people, we develop and produce proprietary ingredient technologies that help brands create more effective, natural products. We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
