Your role & work environment As a Non-Financial Risk – Business Control Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that ING Luxembourg conducts its banking activities in full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the first line of defence (1LoD) risk management framework, including methodologies, processes, reporting, and tooling. Your scope covers both Wholesale Banking (WB) and Private Banking activities. Operating within the Operational Design, Control & Resilience (ODCR) department, you act as a trusted advisor to the business and senior management.…
