About the Role We're a fast-growing, seed-stage European startup building an AI-powered phone assistant platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Our product automates inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, customer service interactions, and more — and we're looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to own the technical success of customer deployments end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of product and customer outcomes.
